Blended learning is the integrated combination of traditional learning and information and communications technology. Blended learning mixes media and tools from an on-line platform with traditional pedagogical approaches. There is no best model to adopt. Domain-specific knowledge

We help learners develop domain-specific knowledge. Domain-specific knowledge is memorized information that can lead to action permitting specified task completion over indefinite periods of time. It is learning to solve problems by thinking of similar problems with known solutions. Such domain-specific knowledge is stored in the long-term memory and such knowledge is acquired in an educational context and where instructions are central. For learners to achieve high performance, that is, to perceive more accurately, have superior memory in representative situations from their domain of expertise, they need to deliberately practice in a supervised training context. We develop our systems with this in mind. We know that successful training is based on deliberate practice and our systems help teachers to supervise learners off-line and on-line.
